摘 要:针对校园空气微生物污染,采用自然沉降法对中山市某高校校园内13个不同地点进行真菌气溶胶采样,并根据中国科学院生态中心推荐的空气微生物评价标准进行污染评价。同时,与其它地区高校真菌气溶胶监测结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:校园空气真菌总体评价为较清洁水平;校园室外功能区的空气真菌平均浓度是室内功能区的空气真菌平均浓度的2倍;不同功能区真菌浓度大小排序为:室外活动场所>宿舍>饭堂>课室>图书馆;课室空气真菌的时间变化特征明显,下课时间段空气真菌含量最是其他时段的2倍左右;不同地区的高校校园功能区空气真菌含量差异较大。Aiming at the air microbial pollution in the campus,the fungal aerosol samples were collected from 13 different places in a university campus of Zhongshan City by natural sedimentation method,and the pollution was evaluated according to the air microbial evaluation standard recommended by the ecological center of Chinese Academy of Sciences.At the same time,the monitoring results were compared with those of other areas.The results show that:the overall evaluation of air fungi in campus is relatively clean;the average concentration of air fungi in outdoor functional areas of campus is twice the average concentration of air fungi in indoor functional areas;the order of the concentration of fungi in different functional areas is:outdoor activity place>dormitory>dining room>classroom>Library;the time variation characteristics of air fungi in classroom are obvious,and the content of air fungi in the period after class is obvious The content of air fungi in the functional areas of university campus in different areas is quite different.
