摘　　要：本文介绍了一种水基金属清洗剂的实验研制过程,并对实验效果进行了评价。由表面活性剂、缓蚀剂、助洗剂及水复配合成的水基金属清洗剂,从清洗效果上评价,该清洗剂能够有效清除学校实训装置管路中存在的污垢,并具有高效、低泡、稳定、低腐蚀等特点。This paper introduces the experimental development process of a water-based metal cleaning agent and evaluates the experimental effect.The agent consistedof low foaming surfactants, corrosion inhibitor, builders and water.Evaluation from the cleaning effect, the cleaning agent can effectively remove the dirt from the pipeline of the school training device and also has the advantages of high efficiency, low foam, stability and low corrosion.
