摘 要:本文基于整车环境舱试验法,以车内VOCs的浓度为研究对象,系统的研究了温度以及下线时间等外界因素对车内VOCs释放的作用。研究结果显示,高温能够促进车内VOCs物质的释放,并且甲醛以其低于常温的沸点表现出更强的温度敏感性;同时,车内VOCs物质的浓度均随着车辆下线时间的延长而出现不同程度的降低现象,并且在相同的下线时间条件下,醛类物质以其较小的分子占有体积和自由体积表现出比苯系物更高的衰减率。This article is based on the vehicle environmental chamber method, taking the concentration of VOCs in the vehicle as the object, the effects of external factors such as temperature and off-line time on the release of VOCs in the system were systematically investigated. The research results show that high temperature can promote the release of VOCs in the vehicle, and formaldehyde has a stronger temperature sensitivity with its boiling point below room temperature;At the same time, the concentration of VOCs in the vehicle decreases with the extend of the off-line time of the vehicle. And under the same off-line time condition, aldehydes show a higher attenuation rate than benzene series with their smaller molecular occupation volume and free volume.
