摘  要:针对医药企业污水站臭气的特点,将高浓度臭气先进行"一级酸喷淋+一级碱喷淋"预处理,再与低浓度臭气合并后进行"臭氧氧化+一级碱喷淋+一级氧化剂喷淋+一级水喷淋"处理。通过多级吸收与氧化组合工艺净化处理后,烟囱排气口非甲烷总烃、硫化氢、氨气和臭气的排放浓度和排放速率均满足《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB 14554-1993)和《化学合成类制药工业大气污染物排放标准》(DB33 2015-2016)的规定。经核算,本工程投资费用和日运行费用均较低。工程实例证明多级吸收与氧化组合工艺对污水站臭气具有良好的去除效果。According to the characteristics of odor gas in the sewage station of pharmaceutical enterprises, it pretreated the high-concentration odor with “first-grade acid spray + first-grade alkali spray”, and then combined it with the low-concentration odor for “ozone oxidation + first-grade alkali spray + first-grade oxidizer spray + first-grade water spray”. After the purification by a multistage absorption and oxidation combination process, the emission concentrations and emission rates of non-methane hydrocarbon, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and odor gas at the chimney outlet all meet Emission standards for odor pollutants (GB 14554-1993) and Emission standard of air pollutants for pharmaceutical industry Chedmical synthesis products category (DB33 2015-2016). After accounting, the project investment costs and daily operating costs are lower enough. The engineering example shows that the combined process of multistage absorption and oxidation has a good removal efficiency on the odor gas of sewage station.
