摘　　要：阐述了催化裂化装置烟机入口高温蝶阀的基本组成及其原理,对其在日常运行中出现的常见故障进行了分析,提出各种可能的原因,逐一排查,对各种故障现象进行原因分析,以提高安全可靠性能,使其为安全生产提供一个可靠的保障。The basic composition and principle of high temperature butterfly valve at the inlet of flue gas turbine in FCC are described,the common faults in daily operation are analyzed,various possible causes are put forward,troubleshooting is carried out one by one,and the causes of various faults are analyzed,so as to improve the safe and feasible performance and provide a reliable guarantee for safe production.
