摘  要:纳氏试剂分光光度法广泛应用于污水氨氮的测定,以硼酸作吸收液进行预蒸馏处理可有效去除各种干扰,但在实际操作中预蒸馏后的样品测定结果偏差较大,文章提出将纯水代替硼酸作为吸收液的改进方法,样品测得结果具有较好的准确度和精密度。改进后的纳氏试剂分光光度法和AA3连续流动分析法进行比对测试,无显著性差异。测定<1 mg/L的低浓度水样时连续流动法测定结果要比纳氏试剂改进蒸馏分光光度法略低。Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry is widey uesd in measurement of amm onia nitrogen in wastewater.Using boric acid as absorption solution for distillation pretreatment can effectively remove all kinds of interferences,but the deviation of sample determination results after distillation is large in practical operation.In this paper,a new modified pretreatment method with pure water as absorbent is presented.The results of sample measurement have good accuracy and precision.There was no significant difference between the improved Nessler reagent spectrophotometry and AA3 continuous flow analysis.The results of continuous flow method are slightly lower than that of modified distillation spectrophotometry when the concentration of water is less than 1 mg/L.
