摘  要:通过静态培养试验,研究了羟基磷灰石对酸性Tl污染土壤的钝化修复效应、土壤基本理化性质和酶活性的影响。结果表明:添加不同浓度的羟基磷灰石后,Tl污染土壤的pH、有机质和阳离子交换量较对照土壤均呈增加趋势,土壤中酸可交换态Tl和易还原态Tl逐渐降低,较对照土壤最大分别降低了60.9%和12.6%,而可氧化态Tl和残渣态Tl则逐渐升高。土壤中过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性呈现先增加后下降的趋势,在4%羟基磷灰石处理下它们的活性达到最高,脲酶活性呈现出随着羟基磷灰石投加量增加而增加的趋势。土壤中酸可交换态Tl和易还原态Tl与土壤pH、有机质含量、CEC、脲酶活性呈极显著(p<0.01)或显著(p<0.05)负相关关系。羟基磷灰石能有效改变酸性Tl污染土壤中Tl的赋存形态,降低Tl的生物有效性。The effects of hydroxyapatite on the remediation of acid Tl polluted soil, the basic physical and chemical properties of soil and enzyme activity were studied by static culture. The results showed that the pH, organic matter and CEC of Tl polluted soil increased with the addition of different concentrations of hydroxyapatite, while the acid exchangeable Tl and easily reducible Tl in the soil decreased by 60.9 % and 12.6 % respectively. However, the oxidizable Tl and residual Tl increased gradually. The activities of catalase and peroxidase were enhanced at low P content and they were decreased at high P content. Under the treatment of 4 % hydroxyapatite, the activities of catalase and peroxidase reached the highest level. The activities of urease increased with the increase of the dosage. There were very significant(P<0.01) or significant(P<0.05) negative correlation between acid exchangeable Tl and easily reducible Tl and soil pH, OM, CEC, urease activity. The results show that hydroxyapatite can effectively change the speciation of Tl in acid Tl polluted soil and reduce the bioavailability of Tl.
