摘　　要：目的总结肠系膜纤维瘤病的临床特点及治疗方法,以此提高对此罕见病的认识,减少误诊,并共同探讨精准的诊断及治疗方式。方法回顾性分析1例误诊的小肠系膜巨大纤维瘤病患者的临床资料,分析其临床特点、病理特点及误诊原因和诊疗方法并查阅相关文献。结果该患者临床表现不典型,以尿频为首发症状,误诊为妇科疾病,术中请外科会诊后手术切除,术后病理予以确诊,恢复良好出院,随访无复发。结论肠系膜纤维瘤病属于罕见疾病,缺乏特异性的临床表现及体征,术前术中容易误诊,应提高对此疾病的认识,目前手术切除为首选治疗,非外科治疗的有效性待进一步确认。Objective The clinical characteristics and treatment methods of total colonic mesangial fibromatosis, in order to improve the understanding of this rare disease, reduce misdiagnosis, and jointly explore the precise diagnosis and treatment methods. Methods The clinical data of a misdiagnosed small intestinal mesangial fibroma disease were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical characteristics, pathological characteristics, misdiagnosed causes, diagnosis and treatment methods were analyzed and related literatures were reviewed. Results The clinical manifestations of this patient were atypical, with frequent urination as the first symptom, and misdiagnosed as a gynecological disease. During the operation, surgical resection was performed after surgery consultation, and the postoperative pathology was confirmed. The patient recovered well and was discharged without follow-up. Conclusion Mesenteric fibromatosis is a rare disease, which lacks specific clinical manifestations and signs. It is easy to be misdiagnosed before and during surgery. The awareness of this disease should be improved. Currently, surgical resection is the first choice. The effectiveness of non-surgical treatment is to be further confirmed.
