摘　　要：蒙药孟根乌苏的应用非常重视炮制和配伍。为研究孟根乌苏的炮制与复方配伍对其临床应用及减毒作用的影响,作者查阅了大量国内外文献。结果显示孟根乌苏中汞的形态与其药效和毒性密切相关。因此本文对孟根乌苏中的元素形态、临床应用及减毒方法三个方面进行综述,旨在为孟根乌苏的深入研究和新药研发提供可参考的数据。The application of Mongolian medicine Menggenwusu attaches great importance to processing and compatibility. In order to study the effects of processing and compatibility of Menggenwusu on its clinical application and toxicity reduction, the author summarized recent literatures both domestic and abroad. The results showed that the speciation of mercury in Menggenwusu was closely related to its pharmacological effect and toxicity. Therefore, this paper reviews the speciation, Clinical application and attenuated method of Menggenwusu, to provide scientific basis for the in-depth research and development of new drugs.
