摘　　要：提升专利的价值是申请人关注的焦点,也是增强企业核心竞争力的必然选择。本文以化工领域的一项天价转让费技术为研究对象,从高价值创造、高质量申请、高标准审查和政策精准扶持几个角度进行了全面分析,为提升化工领域专利价值提供参考。Increasing the value of patents is the focus of applicants’ attention, and it is also an inevitable choice to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This article takes a sky-high transfer fee technology in the chemical industry as the research object, and conducts a comprehensive analysis from the aspects of high-value creation, high-quality applications, high-standard review, and precise policy support to provide a reference for enhancing the value of patents in the chemical industry.
