摘  要:现场混装乳化炸药的爆破性能,特别是注入炮孔后能否准确起爆是现场混装乳化炸药研究和关注的重要环节。影响现场混装乳化炸药爆破性能和准确起爆的因素有多种,本文根据现场混装乳化炸药生产工艺及装药过程控制中最敏感的密度调节具体问题,总结出现场混装乳化炸药催化、敏化机械装置及运行状态对炸药发泡的影响,使现场混装乳化炸药生产企业可以针对不同的影响因素制定出对应的解决措施,从而可以使现场混装乳化炸药车的催化、敏化机械装置运行状态更加流畅,进一步提高产品的准爆性能。The blasting performance of mixed emulsion explosives on-site, especially the accurate initiation after filled into the blast-hole, is an important link in the research and attention of mixed emulsion explosives on-site. There are many factors affecting the blasting performance and accurate initiation of on-site mixed emulsion explosive,according to the most sensitive specific problems of density adjustment in the production process and charge process control of on-site mixed loading emulsion explosive, this article summarizes the influence of on-site mixed loading emulsion explosive promoters, sensitization mechanism and running state on explosive foaming, so that the on-site mixed emulsion explosive production enterprises can work out corresponding solutions according to different influencing factors. Thus, the running state of the promoters and sensitized mechanical device of the mixed emulsion explosive truck can be made smoother, and the quasi-explosion performance of the product can be further improved.
