摘　　要：我国高等教育人才培养是根本,坚持"以本为本",坚持立德树人,全面提高人才培养质量,形成高水平管理体系和人才培养体系是高校的立校之本。实验教学中心是高校实验教学和人才培养的重要基地,是提高学生实践能力、创新能力的重要场所。在高校化学实验教学中心建设与管理中融入绿色化学理念,以实现安全、高效、节约、绿色、共享的实验室管理理念为目标,营造安全高效的实验环境和育人环境,为提高人才培养质量提供保障。Talent training is the basis of higher education in China. It is the foundation of university to adhere to the Undergraduate education-oriented principle, to strengthen morality education, to improve the quality of talent cultivation in an all-round way, to form high-level management system and personnel training system. Experimental teaching center is an important base for experimental teaching and talent training in universities, and an important place to improve students’ practical ability and innovation ability. The construction and management of chemical experiment teaching center in universities should be integrated with the concept of green chemistry, aiming at realizing the laboratory management concept of safety, efficiency, economy, green and sharing, so as to create a safe and efficient experimental environment and education environment, and provide guarantee for improving the quality of talent training.
