摘  要:以乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)为基材,低软化点磷酸盐玻璃粉(GD)、叶腊石粉(PL)和硅灰石粉(WS)为陶瓷填料(CF),有机蒙脱土(OMMT)为抗熔滴剂,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为交联剂,制备可陶瓷化EVA复合材料。对复合材料做力学性能测试、阻燃性能测试。对复合材料烧制的陶瓷做弯曲强度测试。结果表明,可陶瓷化EVA复合材料可以满足电缆力学性能要求;当ML︰WS=8︰2,陶瓷弯曲强度最佳,复合材料在700℃烧制的陶瓷弯曲强度为7.5 Mpa。可见,加入适量的WS对陶瓷的弯曲强度影响显著。The ceramifiable polymer composite was studied, with EVA as matrix, phosphate glass dust(GD), pyrophyllite dust(PL) and wollastonite powder(WS) as ceramifiable filler(CF), OMMT as anti droplet agent, DCP as crosslinking agent. The mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of the composite were tested. The bending strength of ceramics fired of composite materials was tested. The results show that the ceramifiable composite can meet the requirements of cable mechanical properties;When ML︰WS=8︰2, the bending strength of ceramic is the best, and the bending strength of ceramic fired at 700 ℃ is 7.5 MPa. It can be seen that the addition of WS has a significant effect on the bending strength of ceramics.
