摘  要:采用冷浸-超声提取技术,以浸膏得率、槲皮素占比为指标,正交优选固液比、提取温度、提取时间对赶黄草黄酮浸膏提取效果的影响,并与其他提取方法进行比较。结果表明赶黄草黄酮浸膏的最佳制备工艺为:以纯化水为提取溶剂,固液比为1∶16,冷浸2 h,60℃下超声提取60 min;65℃下减压浓缩(-0.07 MPa),50℃下烘干。此条件下浸膏得率、槲皮素占比分别为99.42 mg/g、12.03 mg/g,均高于超临界CO2萃取法、煎煮法、回流提取法。Using cold soaking-ultrasonic extraction technology, with extraction yield of flavonoid extract and quercetin proportion as indexes, the effects of solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction efficiency of flavonoid extract were optimized by orthogonal test, and compared with the other extraction methods. The experimental results showed that the optimum preparation technology of flavonoid extract was as follows: purified water as extraction solvent, solid-liquid ratio is 1∶16, cold soaking for 2 h, ultrasonic extraction at 60 ℃ for 60 min;decompression concentration(-0.07 MPa) at 65 ℃, drying at 50 ℃. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of flavonoid extract and quercetin proportion were 99.42 mg/g and 12.03 mg/g respectively, which were higher than the other methods including supercritical CO2 extraction, decoction and reflux extraction.
