摘  要:核磁共振是鉴定有机化合物结构的重要工具,在有机化学、药学、材料科学、生命科学、医学等学科领域应用广泛。核磁共振波谱仪是一种科研实验室普遍采购的精密仪器。开展核磁共振仪上机操作培训不仅能够实现仪器开放共享提高其利用率,而且能锻炼研究者实践动手能力进而提高其科技创新能力。从实验室安全教育、基础知识储备、谱仪上机操作培训、图谱质量的管控与上机机时统计等五个方面讨论了高效开展液体核磁共振仪操作培训的步骤和方法,同时详细总结了核磁共振仪操作培训中的注意事项和故障处理方法。Nuclear magnetic resonance is an important tool for identifying the structure of organic compound. It is widely used in organic chemistry, pharmacy, materials science, life science, medicine and other disciplines. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer is a precision instrument widely purchased by scientific research laboratories. Carrying out the training of the nuclear magnetic resonance operation can not only realize the open sharing of the instrument and increase the utilization rate, but also train the researchers to practice hands-on ability to improve their technological innovation capabilities. The steps and methods for high efficiency operation of liquid nuclear magnetic resonance instrument operation are discussed from five aspects, including laboratory safety education, basic knowledge reserve, spectrometer operation training, map quality control and computer statistics. At the same time, the precautions and troubleshooting methods in the NMR instrument operation training are also summarized in detail.
