9.81%。To provide a better basis for the selection of diaper topsheets, firstly, microstructures of flat hot air-through nonwoven topsheet are analyzed. Then the mechanical, rewet&strike through and liquid water transfer properties of flat, aperture and embossing hot-air nonwoven topsheets are tested and characterized. The results show that the fibers in flat hot-air through nonwoven topsheet are laid in horizontal state with point bondings existed among the fibers.Longitudinal transmission of liquid water in web is completed by the contact between upper and lower fiber layers.Aperture and embossing treatment could increase the pores between the fibers in the web and change the arrangement direction of the fibers.Besides,it could also accelerate the penetration speed of the surface layer of flat topsheet and improve the liquid water transfer performances. On the other hand, the bulkiness of flat topsheet increases by 11.64%and 21.31%and rewet is heightened by 3.13%and 7.0%,respectively.In addition, embossing has the greatest effect on the softness of hot air nonwoven topsheets, and the softness is reduced by 9.81%.
