摘 要:采用蒲公英提取液处理纯汉麻织物,对其抗紫外线性能进行研究。探讨了蒲公英提取液对紫外线的吸收特征,设计了提取液质量浓度、浸渍时间和处理温度的单因子试验,以得出最佳处理方案。分析了洗涤次数对提取液处理后纯汉麻织物抗紫外线性能的影响。试验结果表明:蒲公英提取液对280~320 nm波段的紫外线具有很好的吸收能力;提取液处理的最佳方案为提取液质量浓度80 g/L、浸渍时间60 min、处理温度40℃;织物UPF值提升了75%,达16.1,紫外线防护效果良好;洗涤4次后,提取液处理的纯汉麻织物抗紫外线性能与未经处理的性能相当。The dandelion extraction is applied to pure hemp fabric and its anti-ultraviolet performance is discussed.The absorption performance of the dandelion extraction to the ultraviolet ray is studied,and the single factor experiment of the extract concentration,soaking time and treatment temperature is designed to obtain the optimal treatment scheme.The effect of washing times of pure hemp fabric treated with extract solution on its UV resistance is analyzed.The results show that the dandelion extraction has good absorptive capacity for the ultraviolet rays of wavelength on 280~320 nm,and the best treatment craft is 80 g/L of extract concentration,dipping time is 60 min,and processing temperature is 40℃;the UPF value of the fabrics increases by 75%upto 16.1 with good UV resistance.After washing of four times,the UV resistance of pure hemp fabric is equivalent to that without treatment.
