加捻家纺包覆绳加工技术探讨

摘　　要：加捻包覆绳是形成绳辫排须花边的必须过程。对采用环锭加捻包覆法和圆盘包覆法加工加捻包覆绳进行了原理介绍及技术分析,给出了环锭加捻包覆法的锭速与导轮速度的参考范围,也给出了圆盘包覆法芯纱筒子转速的参考范围。结论为:建议环锭加捻包覆法包覆锭速确定为1200 r/min和1500 r/min两档,导轮转速可在15~54 r/min进行调整;在多饰纱包覆绳包覆的基础上,圆盘包覆法芯纱筒子的转速在54~240 r/min进行调整,可满足加捻包覆绳捻结为绳辫的要求。Twisted wrapped rope is a necessary process for the formation of rope braids.The principle and technical analysis of the processing of the twisted cladding rope by the method of ring ingot and disc cladding are introduced.The reference range of spindle speed and guide wheel speed of ring ingot and twist coating method are given,and the reference range of the speed of the coiled yarns is also given.The conclusion is that the speed of the covered spindles in the ring-spinning method is recommended to be 1200 r/min and 1500 r/min,and guide wheel speed between 15 and 54 r/min.On the basis of rope cladding,the rotation speed of the disc cladding core bobbin could be adjusted between 54 and 240 r/min,which could meet the requirements of twisting and covering the rope into knots.
