摘　　要：总结了涤纶/黏胶彩点布的设计与生产要点。为保证彩点分布均匀,涤纶/黏胶纤维条与彩点棉条要经过3道并条混合,各工艺参数设置要求合理,并增大络筒机清纱参数棉结、短粗节的检测范围,避免有色点子被切除。将彩点纱作为纬纱使用,缩短彩点布的加工过程,降低彩点纱在织造时的剧烈作用,能最大限度地避免彩点的流失。经纱为11.7 tex紧密纺棉纱,纱线细,根数多,因此选用ASG365型双浆槽浆纱机进行浆纱,浆料选择变性淀粉和PVA的混合浆,并多次优化了浆纱工艺参数。The design and production points of polyester/viscose color point fabric are summarized.In order to ensure the uniform distribution of color spots,polyester/viscose fiber strip and color spot cotton strip need to be mixed through three times of drawing,and the requirements of each process parameter setting are reasonable,so as to increase the detection range of NEP and short and thick section of yarn cleaning parameters of winder and avoid the removal of color spots.The use of colored dot yarn as weft can shorten the processing process of colored dot fabric,reduce the violent effect of colored dot yarn in weaving,and avoid the loss of colored dot as much as possible.The compact spinning cotton yarns of 11.7 tex is used as the warp yarn,which is thin and the number of yarn is large,so ASG365 double-groove sizing machine is selected with mixture of modified starch and PVA as sizing formula,and the sizing process parameters need to be optimized for many times.
