摘 要:血液透析是终末期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者重要的肾脏替代疗法之一。由于DN患者糖代谢紊乱、肾脏对胰岛素和降糖药物的代谢和清除时间延迟等,故在血液透析过程中容易发生低血糖。此外,无糖透析液也是DN患者发生透析时低血糖的原因之一,因此,使用含糖透析液可预防DN患者透析低血糖的发生。频繁的低血糖将导致多种并发症,并影响DN血液透析患者的生活质量和长期生存率,应有效预防低血糖的发生。Hemodialysis is one of the most important renal replacement therapies for patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy(DN).Because of the disorder of glucose metabolism in DN patients,the metabolism of insulin and hypoglycemic drugs in kidney and the delay of clearance time,hypoglycemia is easy to occur during hemodialysis.In addition,glucose free dialysate is also one of the causes of hypoglycemia in DN patients during dialysis,which can be prevented by the use of glucose containing dialysate.Frequent hypoglycemia will lead to a variety of complications,and affect the quality of life and long-term survival rate of patients with DN hemodialysis.
