摘 要:目的:探讨二维联合三维超声成像技术在胎儿唇腭裂中的应用价值。方法:利用二维及三维超声成像技术对2221例中孕期胎儿唇腭部进行常规筛查,并与产后或引产后检查结果进行对照。结果:2221例产后或引产后胎儿中检出唇腭裂23例(1.03%,23/2221),超声诊断正确21例(91.30%,21/23),误诊1例(4.37%,1/23):1例II度唇裂误判为III度唇裂;漏诊1例(4.37%,1/23):为单纯软腭裂。结论:应用二维联合三维超声常规检查胎儿唇腭部,可以大大提高胎儿唇腭裂的检出率。Objective:To explore the value of two-dimensional combined three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate.Methods:Two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound imaging technology were used to screen the lip and palate of 2221 fetuses during the middle pregnancy,and the results were compared with those of postpartum or induced labor.Results:23 cases of 2221(1.03%,23/2221)fetuses were found cleft lip and palate,21 cases(91.30%,21/23)were diagnosed correctly by ultrasound,1 case(4.37%,1/23)was misdiagnosed,in which grade II cleft lip was diagnosed as grade III;1 case(4.37%,1/23)of pure soft cleft palate was missed diagnosis.Conclusion:The detection rate of fetal cleft lip and palate,can be greatly improved by using two-dimensional combined with three-dimensional ultrasound.
