低、高频探头超声联合在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨低、高频探头超声联合在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析本院在2018年6月至2019年5月期间接收并进行手术治疗的90例急性阑尾炎患者(90例患者均经过病理检查,确诊为急性阑尾炎)的临床资料,所有患者在手术之前均采用低、高频探头超声联合方案进行诊断,评估其诊断的正确率。结果:对90例经过病理检查确诊为急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料进行分析,超声共检出急性阑尾炎85例,诊断符合率为94.44%,其中单纯性阑尾炎55例,超声检出52例,诊断符合率为94.54%,化脓性阑尾炎20例,超声检出19例,诊断符合率为95.00%,坏疽性阑尾炎15例,超声检出14例,诊断符合率为93.33%。结论:在急性阑尾炎的诊断当中,采用低、高频探头超声联合诊断方案,可以显著提高诊断的正确率,值得临床推广。Objective:To discussion the application value of low frequency probe ultrasound combined with high frequency probe ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 90 patients with acute appendicitis who received and performed surgery between June 2018 and May 2019,and 90 patients were diagnosed with acute appendicitis after pathological examination.And all patients were underwent low-frequency probe ultrasound combined with high-frequency probe ultrasound before surgery to evaluate the detection rate of diagnosis.Results:The clinical data of 90 patients with acute appendicitis diagnosed by pathological examination were analyzed,and a total of 85 patients with acute appendicitis were detected by ultrasound,the diagnostic detection rate was 94.44%.Among them,55 patients with simple appendicitis,52 patients were detected by ultrasound,and the diagnostic detection rate was 94.54%.20 patients with suppurative appendicitis,19 patients were detected by ultrasound,the diagnostic detection rate was 95.00%.And there were 15 patients with gangrenous appendicitis and 14 patients were detected by ultrasound,the diagnostic detection rate was 93.33%.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of acute appendicitis,the low-frequency probe ultrasound combined with high-frequency probe ultrasound diagnosis program can significantly improve the accuracy of the diagnosis,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
