摘　　要：目的:探讨腹部CT检查对诊断结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻的价值。方法:回顾性分析我院确诊结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻患者,选择40例作为研究对象。在手术前均行X线腹部平片及腹部CT检查,分析比较两种影像检查方式对明确梗阻诊断的正确率、梗阻部位准确率及影片质量的差异。结果:腹部CT检查对诊断结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻的正确率、梗阻部位准确率及影片质量均高于X线平片。结论:腹部CT检查对诊断结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻有较高的价值,值得推广。Objective:To explore the value of abdominal CT examination in the diagnosis of colon neoplastic ileus.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 40 patients with colon neoplastic ileus diagnosed in our hospital.X-ray abdominal plain film and abdominal CT examination were performed before operation.The accuracy of diagnosis,location of obstruction and film quality of the two imaging methods were analyzed and compared.Results:The accuracy of abdominal CT examination in diagnosis of colon neoplastic ileus,the accuracy of obstruction location and film quality were higher than those of X-ray plain film.Conclusion:Abdominal CT examination is great value in the diagnosis of colon neoplastic ileus,and it is worth popularizing.
