摘 要:目的:分析CT增强扫描中离子型与非离子型碘造影剂(简称ICM)副反应对比效果。方法:主体为来院行CT增强扫描的506例患者。分A组和B组,均253例,行非离子型和离子型ICM扫描,对比副反应与扫描效果。结果:A组的扫描合格率略高于B组(P>0.05),副反应率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:非离子碘造影剂(N-IICM)的CT增强扫描效果更佳,副反应更少。Objective:To compare the side effects of ionic and nonionic iodine contrast media(ICM)in enhanced CT scanning.Methods:The main body was 506 patients who came to our hospital for enhanced CT scanning.The patients were divided into group A and group B,with 253 cases in each group.Nonionic and ionic ICM scans were performed to compare the side effects and scanning effects.Results:The qualified rate of group A was slightly higher than that of group B(P>0.05),the side effect rate was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nonionic iodine contrast media(N-IICM)has better CT enhancement effect and fewer side effects.
