摘 要:创新主体是推动农业高新技术产业快速发展的关键因素。基于对涉农创新科技企业、涉农高校、农业科研机构、农业服务机构及新型经营主体等农业高新技术产业创新主体的发展现状,农业高新技术产业创新主体间的功能关系及创新主体培育思路的分析,提出从着力构建农科教和产学研联合体、加大对农业科技创新人才引进和培养、加强农业高新技术产业统计监测等7个方面促进创新主体发展集聚的政策体系,以推动农业高新技术产业的整体发展。The innovation subject is the key factor to promote rapid development of agricultural high-tech industry.The policy system of promoting innovation subject development aggregation is proposed from seven aspects of building agriculture-science-education and CEEUSRO association,strengthening introduction and cultivation of innovative talents in agricultural science and technology,enhancing statistical monitoring of agricultural high-tech industry and so on based on current development status of agricultural innovation science and technology enterprises,agricultural universities and colleges,agricultural scientific research institutions,agricultural service institutions and new business entities,and the functional relationship among innovation subjects in agricultural high-tech industry and the cultivation thinking of innovation subject to drive integral development of agricultural high-tech industry.
