城市融入视角下城中村村民的职业流动影响因素:基于盐城X城中村的调查

摘　　要：为村民的职业培训和就业路径的拓展提供方向,以盐城X城中村为例,通过实地调查、访谈和文献查阅方式,分析村民职业流动状况及其影响因素。调查显示:X城中村村民的职业流动主要分为向上流动与水平流动2种类型;在城市化过程中,村民的职业带着一定的阶段性,呈现向上流动的积极趋势,村民能够通过职业流动获得社会地位的相对提升;村民的职业流动受社会结构、经济结构、社会资本和人力资本等因素的影响。需对村民进行法律知识、专业技能和自主创业等方面的培训,以提高村民的就业能力。The occupational mobility status and influencing factors of urban villagers in Yancheng are analyzed by filed investigation,interview and literature survey to provide a direction for vocational training and employment path expansion of urban villagers.The investigation shows that the occupational mobility of X urban villagers is mainly divided into two types of horizontal mobility and upward mobility.The villagers’occupation with a certain stage shows a positive trend of upward mobility during urbanization process and the social status of urban villagers can be relatively promoted by occupation mobility.The occupational mobility of urban villagers is influenced by the factors of social structure,economic structure,social capital and human capital.The suggestion to strengthen training force of legal knowledge,professional skill and self-employment for urban villagers is proposed to improve employability of urban villagers.
