摘　　要：通过大自然生态法则的洗礼与沉淀,人类最终成为地表最强势的物种,强势人类的经济活动必然带来今天“人与物、人与人、经济自身”的“三大突出问题”,解决这些问题也必然成为“三只手”调节经济的重要目标。“三只手”调节经济分为基本范畴、拓展范畴、升级范畴、高级范畴层层升级的四个层面,我国率先对高级范畴“三只手”调节经济的探索与实践,是中国特色社会主义市场经济理论与实践的重要组成部分,也是深度解决“三大突出问题”的重要手段。Through the baptism and precipitation of the ecological law of nature,human beings have finally become the most powerful species on the earth.The economic activities of strong human beings have inevitably brought about today s“three prominent problems”of“man and object,man and man,and economy itself”,the solution of which is a vital goal of the“three hands”to regulate the economy.The“three hands”regulating economy include four hierarchical levels:basic category,expanding category,upgrading category,and advanced category.China takes the lead in the exploration and practice in the advanced category.It is an important part of the theory and practice of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics as well as an essential means to solve the“three outstanding problems”in depth.
