摘 要:永磁耦合调速作为一种先进电动机调速节能技术,因其优良的可靠性已在火电厂电动机节能领域得到广泛应用。为提高绕组式永磁耦合调速器节能效果,本文在分析其调速及节能原理基础上,采用数学模型表达能量反馈系统;针对传统耦合调速器无法应对因负载转矩突变引起的调速误差问题,在调速系统中应用不确定干扰估计器(UDE)进行控制。采用MATLAB/Simulink软件对本文方法进行仿真分析,并通过电厂永磁耦合调速节能改造后一次风机用电量数据验证。结果表明:转矩突变时负载电动机启动到稳定时间约为0.17 s,且超调量极小;绕组式永磁耦合调速器可有效减少用电量,电厂永磁耦合调速节能改造后一次风机节电率为47.45%,一次风机每年可节约用电约98.5万k W·h。As an advanced energy-saving technology of motor speed regulation, permanent magnet speed regulation has been widely used in industry, especially in the field of motor energy-saving in thermal power plant. In order to improve the energy-saving effect of the winding permanent magnet coupling governor, based on the analysis of its speed regulation and energy-saving principle, this paper uses the mathematical model to express the energy feedback system. Aiming at solving the problem that the conventional coupling governor can’t deal with the speed regulation error caused by sudden change of load torque, this paper presents an application of uncertainty disturbance estimator(UDE). The method proposed in this paper is analyzed by Matlab/Simulink simulation, and the winding permanent magnet is verified by the actual speed regulation and energy saving transformation results of Jiangsu Jianbi Power Generation Co., Ltd.. The results show that, when the torque is changed suddenly, the time from start to stability of the load motor is about 0.17 s, and the overshooting is very small. The winding permanent magnet coupling governor can effectively reduce the electricity consumption. After the transformation of permanent magnet coupling speed regulation, the power saving rate of the primary fan of the power plant is 47.45%, and the annual power saving of the primary fan is about 985 000 kW·h.
