摘 要:分析了国内外污泥处理处置现状及发展趋势,研究了污泥掺烧的主要技术方案,提出了"污泥存储系统+低温碳化系统+板框压滤系统+锅炉焚烧"技术路线。结合燃煤机组实际情况,设计了湿污泥输送及储存系统、污泥碳化系统、干污泥输送储存系统以及除臭系统等。燃煤机组污泥掺烧可有效实现污泥的减量化、稳定化、无害化和资源化,具有显著的社会效益、环保效益和经济效益。The current situation and development trend of sludge treatment and disposal at home and abroad are analyzed. The main technical scheme of sludge blending combustion is studied. The technical route of "sludge storage system + low temperature carbonization system + plate-frame pressure filtration system + boiler incineration" is put forward. Combined with the actual situation of coal-fired units, several systems such as wet sludge transportation and storage system, sludge carbonization system, dry sludge transportation and storage system as well as deodorization system were designed. The sludge coupled power generation technology can effectively reduce and stabilize the sludge and make it harmlessness and resourceful, which has significant social, environmental and economic benefits.
