摘　　要：目的为提高医疗数据安全、保护患者隐私,我们需要建立影像数据安全防护新机制。方法构架管理层级权限,运用面部特征识别和身份证识别的效验技术。结果实现了5级权限管理,建立起双重验证安全技术下的用户数据使用记录机制。结论心导管室信息管理系统层级清晰,所有的影像数据可以被安全、准确的调阅及获取,并可追根溯源,高效地服务于临床、教学和科研工作。Objective To improve the security of medical data and protect the privacy of patients,we need to establish a new mechanism of image data security protection.Methods The authority of management level was constructed,and the validity technology of facial feature recognition and ID card recognition was applied to the construction of security mechanism.Results This design realized five levels of authority management,and the user data using and recording mechanism under the dual authentication security technology was established.Conclusion The information management system of cardiac catheterization room has a clear level,all the image data can be safely and accurately reviewed and obtained,and can be traced back to the source,effectively serving the clinical,teaching and scientific research work.
