摘　　要：由于高频率、高强度的临床使用,爱尔博VIO2系列高频电刀会出现功能故障,并根据功能故障进行代码报错。本文通过深度剖析高频电刀的工作原理,对设备故障现象按下电源开关主机不启动,以及系统报故障代码“C-54”“C-57”和“B-10”三种故障进行了分析,并通过更换电路板、高压板、ⅡF手控板使故障得以准确有效地解决。同时我们也意识到只有充分了解爱尔博电刀工作原理和报错代码说明后,工程师才可能够对爱尔博电刀常见故障进行迅速排查和检修,提高设备维修的准确性和时效性,以便为各科手术室提供更好的服务。Due to the high-frequency and high-intensity clinical use,the ERBE VIO2 series high-frequency electric knife will have functional failure,and the code will be reported according to the functional failure.Based on the deep analysis of the working principle of the high-frequency electric knife,we analyzed the failure phenomenon of the equipment and the failure code of“C-54”,“C-57”and“B-10”.Then,the fault was solved accurately and effectively by replacing the circuit board,high voltage board and ⅡF manual control board.At the same time,we also realize that only when engineers fully understand the working principle and error code description of ERBE electric knife,can they quickly check and repair the common faults of the equipment,improve the accuracy and timeliness of maintenance,so as to provide better services for each operating room.
