摘　　要：随着超声诊断仪在临床诊断中长时间、高频率的使用,超声诊断系统也逐渐进入故障多发的阶段。本文对GE Vivid7超声诊断系统的开机蓝屏、南桥和PC2IP板故障引起的显示器无显示而且设备不能启动的三例故障现象进行分析,并根据设备运行原理进行逐步排查,通过更换ATX电源及新硬盘、重装系统,南桥加焊和更换PC2IP板使设备恢复正常运行。通过本研究希望启示广大临床工程师掌握扎实的设备运行原理,并熟悉计算机系统的相关操作,为设备的正常运行提供保障。With the long-term and high-frequency use of ultrasound diagnostic instruments in clinical diagnosis,ultrasound diagnostic systems have gradually entered a stage of frequent failures.In this paper,three failure phenomena of the GE Vivid7 ultrasound diagnostic system were analyzed,including the blue screen at startup,black screen on the monitor and the device not starting caused by the failure of the Southbridge and PC2IP board.According to the operating principle of the equipment,the fault was gradually investigated.The equipment was restored to normal operation by replacing the ATX power supply,new hard disks,reinstalling the system,adding welding and replacing the PC2IP board to the South Bridge.We hope that this study can enlighten the majority of clinical engineers to actively master solid equipment operation principles and familiarize themselves with the relevant operations of computer systems,so as to provide guarantee for the normal operation of equipment.
