摘  要:某升降锁紧液压系统具有元件数量多、要求工作待机时间长、系统可靠性要求高等特点,对其可维修性提出了更高要求。结合某升降锁紧液压系统工作原理,制定了维修性设计原则,从测试诊断性设计、维修可达性设计、防差错设计、冗余容错设计和维护保养设计等方面总结维修性设计要点,根据系统实际工况和维修要求,采取了针对性的可维修性设计,有利于改进完善和提高设备可维修性,对其他液压系统可维修性设计也提供一些借鉴和参考。A lifting and locking hydraulic system has many components,long standby time and high reliability requirements,which put forward higher requirements for its maintainability.Combining with the working principle of a lifting and locking hydraulic system,the principle of maintainability design is formulated.The main points of maintainability design are summarized from the aspects of test diagnostic design,maintenance accessibility design,error-proof design,redundant fault-tolerant design and maintenance design.According to the actual working conditions and maintenance requirements of the system,targeted maintainability design is adopted,which is beneficial to improving and improving the equipment.Maintainability can also provide some reference for the maintainability design of other hydraulic systems.
