摘　　要：以2017年餐饮网点数据为例,采用基于空间点模式的平面核密度估计法进行餐饮网点密度估计,从整体分布特点、不同规模餐饮中心与结构特征、不同等级餐饮网点分布特征等3个方面分析南京市餐饮网点的空间分布规律。Taking the data of catering outlet in 2017 for example, we used the plane kernel density estimation method based on spatial point model to estimate the density of catering outlets. And then, we analyzed the spatial distribution and characteristics of catering outlets in Nanjing City from the overall distribution characteristic, different scale catering centers and structure characteristic, and distribution characteristic of different levels catering outlets.
