摘　　要：正中书局是民国时期国民党官营的一个出版机构。由于国民政府的大力支持,正中书局出版了大量教科书,推动了民国时期教育的快速发展,特别是在20世纪40年代,正中书局承担了国立编译馆编辑“部定大学用书”的主要出版任务,同时还独立编辑了一套“大学用书”,延续了兴起于20世纪30年代的大学教科书“中国化”运动的历史进程,弥补了商务印书馆“大学丛书”、中华书局“大学用书”等教科书的不足,为民国中后期大学教科书的发展做出了重要贡献。Cheng Chung Book Company(CCBC)is a publishing organization of the Kuomintang official camp in the Republic of China.Because of the strong support of the national government,the CCBC published a large number of textbooks which promoted the rapid development of modern education in China.In the 1940s,the CCBC had undertaken the main publishing task of"Ministry of Education University Textbooks",and independently edited a set of"University Books".It continued the historical process of the"Nationalization"movement of university textbooks which rose in the 1930s,and makes up for the deficiencies of the"University Series"of the Commercial Press and the"University Books"of the Chung Hwa Book Company.The CCBC has made important contributions to the development of modern university textbooks in China.
