摘  要:一场突如其来的新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情使全国酒店行业遭受到前所未有的冲击,造成春节期间的经营惨淡,以及后续的巨大经营压力,疫情之后国内旅游住宿业是否可以得到较好的恢复依然存在很多不确定因素。文章从饭店运营管理角度分析消费市场需求的变化,提出一些疫情之后饭店服务产品提升和管理措施改进的建议。The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 brought an unprecedented blow to China's hotel industry,resulting in poor business performance during the Spring Festival and huge business pressures.Even after the epidemic,there may inevitably be many uncertain factors because of which the domestic tourism and accommodation industry may not necessarily recover well.Such being the case,this paper analyzes the changes in consumer market demand from the perspective of hotel operation and management before putting forward suggestions for the improvement of hotel service products and management after the epidemic.
