摘　　要：花椒是中国原产的著名调味香料植物之一。如今花椒产业发展迅猛,但仍存在着许多问题。本文对花椒的相关基础研究取得的进展及产业发展现状进行了总结,并分析了花椒产业目前存在的问题,为花椒的研究、开发及产业的可持续发展提供参考。Zanthoxylum bungeanum is one of the famous fragrant plants originated in China.Nowadays,Z.bungeanum industry develops rapidly,but still exists many problems.This paper summarizes the progress of related basic research and the development status of Z.bungeanum,and analyzes the problems in Z.bungeanum industry to provide reference for the research,development and sustainable development of Z.bungeanum.
