延续护理干预在糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨延续护理干预在糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析中的应用价值.方法 选取2017年1月~2018年1月在我院接受维持性血液透析治疗的120例糖尿病肾病患者作为本研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例,对照组患者在透析时实施基础性护理,观察组患者在基础性护理的同时实施延续性护理干预,干预后比较两组患者的治疗依从性、生存质量评分以及并发症发病率.结果 干预并随访1年后,观察组患者的治疗依从性显著优于对照组,分别为96.67%和56.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.462,P<0.05).观察组患者的生存质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发病率明显低于对照组,分别为5.00%和35.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.564,P<0.05).结论 在对糖尿病肾病患者实行维持型血液透析治疗时采用延续性护理干预能够提高患者的治疗依从性,改善患者的生存质量,降低并发症发病率,值得广大医院进行推广和研究.Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing intervention in maintenance hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy who received maintenance hemodialysis at our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups as per random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in control group received basic nursing during hemodialysis,while the patients in observation group received continuous nursing intervention while applying basic nursing.The treatment compliance,scores of quality of life and incidences of complications were compared between two groups after intervention.Results The treatment compliance of observation group was significantly superior to control group one year after intervention and follow-up,which was 96.67%and 56.67%respectively,(χ2=6.462,P=0.002),with significant difference(P<0.05).The score of quality of life for patients of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in patients of observation was significantly lower than that of control group,which was 5.00%and 35.00%respectively,(χ2=7.564,P=0.001),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of continuous nursing intervention in patients with diabetic nephropathy while applying maintenance hemodialysis could enhance treatment compliance,improve quality of life for patients and reduce the incidence of complications,worthy of promotion and study in hospitals.
