延续护理运作模式在慢性疾病中的应用效果探究

摘　　要：目的 探讨延续护理运作模式在清远山区慢性疾病护理中的应用.方法 选取2017年7月~2018年12月我院出院需要延续护理服务的脑卒中、高血压、糖尿病、COPD患者200例作为研究对象,采用随机分组方法,将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组100例.对照组给予常规护理法,观察组给予延续护理法.结果 观察组生活自理能力评分较对照组低,满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在清远山区护理中应用延续护理运作模式,有助于提升患者的生活自理能力,对护理工作的满意度较高,能够帮助患者早日恢复健康.Objective To explore the application of continuous nursing operation mode in nursing of chronic diseases in a mountain area in Qingyuan.Methods 200 patients with stroke,hypertension,diabetes and COPD who needed continuous nursing service after discharge from July 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given continuing nursing.Results The score of self-care ability in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing operation mode in a mountain area in Qingyuan is helpful to improve the self-care ability of patients.And the satisfaction with nursing work is high.It can help patients to recover as soon as possible.
