摘　　要：目的 观察孕产期母婴健康教育对孕妇产褥期保健护理能力的影响.方法 选取2018年9月~2019年9月在我院分娩的70例产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用传统护理,研究组接受孕产期母婴健康教育,比较两组产妇孕产期母婴并发症发生率、产妇生活质量及自我护理能力.结果 研究组产妇及婴儿的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,且产妇生活质量及自我护理能力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).?结论孕产期母婴健康教育能够显著降低母婴并发症发生率,提高产妇生活质量及自我护理能力,值得临床推广应用.Objective To observe the effect of maternal and child health education about pregnancy and maternity on maternal health care ability during puerperium.Methods 70 maternal women who were delivered in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received traditional nursing care,while the study group received maternal and child health education about pregnancy and maternity.The incidence of maternal and infant complications during pregnancy and maternity,maternal quality of life and self-care ability were compared.Results The total incidence of maternal and infant complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the maternal quality of life and self-care ability in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal and child health education about pregnancy and maternity can significantly reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications,improve maternal quality of life and self-care ability,which is worthy of clinical application.
