摘  要:目的 分析运行阳光用药电子监察系统对临床合理用药的影响.方法 抽取2017年1月~2018年12月阳春市中医院(简称"医院")运行阳光用药电子监察系统后医院的不合理处方量以及临床用药情况和2015年1月~2016年12月未运行阳光用药电子监察系统医院的不合理处方量及临床用药情况进行统计、比较、分析.结果 运行阳光用药电子监察系统后医院的不合格处方率由2015年的3.29% 下降至2018年的1.89%,药占比由2015年的36.00%下降至2018年的17.72%,抗菌药物占比由2015的18.92%下降至2018年的8.94%,住院患者的抗菌药物使用率由2015年的66.35%下降至2018年的47.22%,门诊患者的抗菌药物使用率由2015年的22.71%下降至2018年的10.09%,急诊患者的抗菌药物使用率由2015年的52.88%下降至2018年的32.21%,抗菌药物使用强度由2015的88.52DDDS下降至2018年的32.98DDDS,住院患者人均药品费用由2015年的3232.61元下降至2018年的2015.78元,门诊患者人均药品费用由2015年的102.48元下降至2018年的77.39元,单张处方最大金额由2015年的3356.75元下降至2018年的2038.12元.结论 运行阳光用药电子监察系统对监督和规范医生用药行为、促进临床合理用药、保证医疗质量、降低药品费用、减轻群众的医疗费用负担的管理工作起着重要的作用.Objective To analyze the effects of sunshine electro-monitor system for drug use on improving rational clinical drug use in hospitals.Methods The amount of irrational prescriptions and clinical drug use after the implementation of sunshine electro-monitor system from January 2017 to December 2018 in Yangchun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(hereinafter referred to as the"hospital")and the amount of irrational prescriptions and clinical drug use without the implementation of the system from January 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed and compared.Results After the implementation of sunshine electro-monitor system,the rate of unqualified prescriptions in the hospital decreased from 3.29%in 2015 to 1.89%in 2018,and the proportion of medicines decreased from 36.00%in 2015 to 17.72%in 2018.The proportion of antibacterial drugs decreased from 18.92%in 2015 to 8.94%in 2018,the antibacterial use rate of inpatients decreased from 66.35%in 2015 to 47.22%in 2018,the antibacterial use rate of outpatients decreased from 22.71%in 2015 to 10.09%in 2018,and the antibacterial use rate of emergency patients decreased from 52.88%in 2015 to 32.21%in 2018.The intensity of antibacterial use decreased from 88.52DDDS in 2015 to 32.98DDDS in 2018,and the per capita drug cost of inpatients decreased from 3323.61 yuan in 2015 to 2015.78 yuan in 2018,and the per capita drug cost of outpatients decreased from 102.48 yuan in 2015 to 77.39 yuan in 2018.The maximum amount of a single prescription decreased from 3356.75 yuan in 2015 to 2038.12 yuan in 2018.Conclusion The implementation of sunshine electro-monitor system for drug use plays an important role in monitoring and regulating doctors'medication behavior,promoting the rational use of drugs,ensuring medical quality,reducing drug costs,and reducing the burden of medical costs on the public.
