摘 要:目的 探讨我院药房智能化工作流程优化及对患者候药时间的影响.方法 选取2017年6~12月我院未实施药房智能化工作流程之前在药房取药的70例患者作为对照组,选取2018年1~6月我院在实施药房智能化工作流程之后在药房取药的70例患者作为研究组.对照组患者取药时仍采用传统的取药方式,研究组患者采用智能化工作流程优化后的取药方式进行取药.比较两组患者的取药时间以及满意度,同时比较优化前后药房工作人员的工作效率.结果 研究组患者的取药时间明显少于对照组,总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);优化后药房人员的工作效率明显高于优化前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).?结论我院的药房智能化工作流程经过优化后,患者的候药时间显著缩短,对药房人员的工作满意度得到显著提升,同时药房工作人员的工作效率得到显著提升,具有相对较好的实际应用效果,利于在智慧药房应用及推广.Objective To explore the optimization of pharmacy intelligent workflow in our hospital and its influence on waiting time of patients.Methods 70 patients who took medicine in the pharmacy from June to December 2017 before the implementation of the pharmacy intelligent workflow in our hospital were selected as the control group.70 patients who took medicine in the pharmacy from January to June 2018 after the implementation of the pharmacy intelligent workflow were selected as the study group.The patients in the control group still use the traditional method of taking medicine,while the patients in the study group use the method after optimization of the intelligent workflow.The time of taking medicine and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared,and the work efficiency of the pharmacy staff before and after optimization was also compared.Results The time of taking medicine in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The work efficiency of the pharmacy staff after optimization was significantly higher than that before optimization,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After optimization of the pharmacy intelligent workflow in our hospital,the waiting time of patients is significantly shortened,the job satisfaction of pharmacy staff is significantly improved,and the work efficiency of pharmacy staff is also significantly improved.This workflow has relatively good practical application and is conducive to the application and promotion in intelligent pharmacy.
