儿童孟氏骨折手法复位经皮克氏针内固定80例的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨对儿童孟氏骨折患者应用手法复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗后对患者的临床效果观察.方法 将2015年5月~2017年6月我院收治的80例儿童孟氏骨折患者作为本研究病例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,前者行切开复位克氏针内固定术治疗,后者行手法复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗,每组患者40例.比较治疗后患者的临床治疗优良率、肘内翻出现概率、骨折愈合所需的时间、肘关节功能评分等情况.结果 治疗后,观察组患者的治疗优良率高于对照组;观察组患者的肘内翻发生率、骨折愈合所需时间、住院时间等指标优于对照组患者的相关指标;观察组患者的Morrey肘关节功能评分总分,高于照组患者的Morrey肘关节功能评分总分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对于儿童孟氏骨折患者,对其应用手法复位经皮克氏针内固定进行治愈,临床效果显著增强,且此种治疗手段伤口较小,患儿住院时间明显缩短,病症缓解速度优于传统治疗方法,有较高临床应用价值.Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of manipulative reduction with percutaneous K-wire internal fixation in children with Monteggia fracture.Methods Eighty children with Monteggia fracture who received for treatment by our hospital from May 2015 to June 2017 were included as subjects and divided into control group and observation group using the random number table.The former group received open reduction with K-wire internal fixation for treatment,while the latter group was performed with manipulative reduction with percutaneous K-wire internal fixation.Each group had 40 patients.The clinical good rates,probabilities of cubitus varus,time for bone fracture healing and elbow performance scores after treatment were compared.Results The therapeutic good rate of observation group after treatment was higher than control group numerically;the incidence of cubitus varus,tie for bone fracture healing and length of stay and other indexes of observation group were superior to those of control group;Total Morrey elbow performance score of patients in observation group was higher than that of patients in control group numerically,with statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with Monteggia fracture,manipulative reduction with percutaneous K-wire internal fixation should be applied for healing to enhance significantly clinical efficacy.And wound caused by this therapeutic way was small,length of stay for children was significantly shortened and its disease remission was superior to conventional therapy,with high clinical application value.
