摘　　要：剖宫产切口妊娠的定义:是指有剖宫产史的女性,本次妊娠孕嚢附着于原剖宫产切口瘢痕处,是一种特殊的病理妊娠。如果诊断不明确,人流时可导致术中大出血甚至因条件有限抢救不及时危及孕妇生命;有生育要求的继续妊娠发展至中晚期妊娠可形成前置胎盘并形成植入而穿透子宫肌壁达到膀胱壁形成凶险性前置胎盘的风险。近年来,剖宫产率仍然居高不下,随着前面二胎的放开,甚至很多家庭因为特殊原因而三次,四次剖宫产在临床上也不罕见,这样导致剖宫产切口妊娠的发生成逐年上升的趋势。降低孕产妇死亡率,保证母婴安全,是我们国家妇幼保健工作的一个刚性任务。CSP的增多,也潜在的增加了孕产妇的死亡率,严重威胁到母婴生命安全,所以CSP的早期诊断及正确的处理至关重要。The definition of cesarean section incision pregnancy:it refers to a woman with a history of cesarean section.The gestational sac attached to the scar of the original cesarean section incision is a special pathological pregnancy.If the diagnosis is not clear,it may lead to massive bleeding during the operation or even endanger the life of pregnant women due to limited rescue conditions;if the pregnancy with fertility requirements continues to develop to the middle and late pregnancy,it may form placenta previa and implant,and it may penetrate the uterine muscle wall to the bladder wall to form a dangerous placenta previa.In recent years,the rate of cesarean section is still high.With the opening of the second child in front of us,even many families have three times of cesarean section due to special reasons,and four times of cesarean section is not rare in clinical practice,which leads to the incidence of cesarean incision pregnancy increasing year by year.Reducing maternal mortality and ensuring the safety of mothers and infants is a rigid task of our country's maternal and child health care work.With the increase of CSP,the mortality rate of pregnant women is also increased,which is a serious threat to the life safety of mothers and infants.
