摘  要:目的:研究肉荚云实Caesalpinia digyna Rottle果壳中的化学成分。方法:通过不同溶剂提取,硅胶柱层析进行分离,多种波谱分析方法结合理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果:从肉荚云实果壳乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到了10个化合物,分别是:4’-羟基二氢黄酮、甘草素、β-谷甾醇、熊果酸、没食子酸乙酯、没食子酸甲酯、没食子酸、鞣花酸、对二没食子酸、胡萝卜苷。结论:以上化合物均首次从本植物中分离得到,其中4’-羟基二氢黄酮为首次从云实属植物中分离得到。In this study we explored the chemical constituents of the nutshell of Caesalpinia digyna Rottle. The chemical constituents of ethanol extract from C.digyna were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel. The structures of the constituents were identified by physicochemical properties, spectral analysis, and co-TLC with reference substances. Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the ethanol extract and were identified as( 1) 4’-hydroxyflavanone,( 2) liquiritigenin,( 3) β-sitosterol,( 4) ursolic acid,( 5) ethyl gallate,( 6) methyl gallate,( 7) gallic acid,( 8) ellagic acid,( 9) p-digalloyl acid,( 10) daucesterol. All these compounds were isolated from C.digyna for the first time,and 4’-hydroxyflavanone was isolated from the Caesalpinia genus for the first time.
