清火滴丸的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:制备清火滴丸并优化清火滴丸的制备工艺。方法:大青叶采用水提醇沉法,大黄采用离子交换树脂法,将二味药材提取物与石膏和薄荷脑按照处方比例混合,以聚乙二醇-6000为基质,制备滴丸。以滴丸的重量差异,溶散时限和圆整度为评价指标,单因素考察药物与基质配比、滴距、滴速、冷凝温度等对工艺的影响,并采用正交设计优化滴丸制备工艺。结果:最佳的成型工艺为:药物与基质配比为1∶4,滴距为20 cm,滴速为20 d/min,制备的滴丸溶散时限平均为199.7S,丸重差异平均为2.78%,圆整度较好,色泽均匀,载药量为20%。结论:该制备工艺合理可行,易于制备,所制得的滴丸符合《中国药典》要求。Objective Extracting Daqingye,rhubarb and other medicinal materials to prepare clear fire dropping pills,and optimizing the preparation process of Qinghuo dropping pills,thus solving the shortcomings of Qinghuo tablets.Methods The Daqingye medicinal material was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation,and the rhubarb medicinal was extracted by an ion exchange resin method,and the obtained extract was dried.The medicinal material extract were mixed with gypsum and menthol according to the prescription ratio,and using polyethylene glycol-6000 as a substrate to prepare the dropping pills.Taking the weight difference of the dropping pills,the dissolution time limit and the roundness as the evaluation indexes,drug-matrix ratio,dropping distance,dropping speed and the condensation temperature on the process were investigated by single factor.The orthogonal design is used to optimize the preparation process of the dropping pills.Results The optimal conditions were as follows:1∶5 for drug-matrix ratio,20 cm for dropping distance,20 drops/min for dropping speed.The dissolution time of the dropping pills averaged were 199.7S,the average weight difference was 2.78%,the roundness was good,the color was uniform,and the drug loading was 20%.Roundness is better,uniform color,drug content of 20%.Conclusion The preparation process is reasonable and feasible,and the prepared dropping pills are in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
