摘　　要：李鳌才教授治疗慢性肾小球肾炎,从伏邪理论出发,认为伏邪损伤肺脾肾三脏是本,湿邪、瘀血及郁热是标,治疗当扶正祛邪,标本兼治,其善于化裁经方,重用黄芪,巧妙配伍,临床取得良好的效果。Li aocai treated chronic glomerulonephritis.Based on the theory of underlying pathogenic factors,he thought that the damage of lung,spleen and kidney caused by underlying pathogenic factors was the basis,and the dampness,blood stasis and heat retention were the criteria.When he treated it,he should strengthen the body and remove pathogenic factors,and treat both the specimen and the pathogen.He was good at transforming the meridians,reusing the Astragalus,and combining them skillfully,and achieved good clinical results.
