摘  要:试验旨在研究复合型纤维"美纤多"对产蛋鸡肠道结构、免疫指数及生产性能的影响。试验选取384羽1日龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡随机分成4组,每组24个重复,每个重复4羽鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组1在基础日粮同时添加0.8%美纤多,试验组2饲喂基础日粮同时添加1%美纤多,试验组3饲喂基础日粮同时添加1.2%美纤多,美纤多由中鲨动物保健品(厦门)有限公司提供。结果表明,添加美纤多的各组绒毛高度、十二指肠的隐窝深度和成熟细胞数量都高于对照组。在120日龄、180日龄对蛋鸡血清中免疫球蛋白检测中,各试验组间IgA、IgG、IgM都差异显著(P<0.05);对120日龄开产后蛋鸡采食量、粪便量、产蛋率和破畸蛋率进行统计,试验组3都优于对照组。由此可见,美纤多在产蛋鸡生产中能够有效提高蛋鸡肠道结构、免疫指数和生产性能。The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of compound fiber"MEXIDO"on intestinal structure,immunity index and production performance of layers.384 Hy-Line commercial layers were divided into 4 groups randomly with 24 replicates and 4 layers each.Corn-soybean basal diet was fed in the control group,0.8%MEXIDO was added into the basal diet of Treatment 1 additionally,1.0%,1.2%MEXIDO was added into Treatment 2 and Treatment 3 respectively.MEXIDO product sample was provided by JoinSha Animal Health Products(Xiamen)Co.,Ltd The results showed that the experimental groups fed with MEXIDO additionally(Treatment 1,2,3,)have a better intestinal villi height,Duodenal crypt depth and number of mature cells compared to the control group.Serological immunoglobulin detection at 120 and 180 days of age indicated that there exist significant differences among the experimental groups in IgA,IgG and IgM index(P<0.05).The statistical data since layers start laying eggs at 120 days of age,which including feed intake volume,fecal volume,egg laying rate,broken and malformed egg rate.It showed that Treatment 3(with 1.2%MEXIDO)has a completely better performance in these parameters compared to the control group.All above results indicated that the addition of MEXIDO can significantly improve the intestinal structure,immunity index and production performance of layers.
