摘  要:为探索肉鸽场良好的新城疫免疫程序,对免疫二次新城疫活疫苗(试验Ⅰ组)和免疫一次新城疫活疫苗、一次新城疫灭活疫苗(试验Ⅱ组)的各10羽肉鸽进行新城疫抗体跟踪监测。结果试验Ⅰ组在二免后10 d、40 d、70 d、100 d和130 d的新城疫抗体HI滴度分别为4.8log_2、5.1log_2、4.2log_2、3.5log_2和2.7log_2,相应的免疫合格率为60%、70%、30%、10%和0%;试验Ⅱ组在二免后相应时间点的新城疫抗体HI滴度分别为4.9log_2、6.7log_2、6.2log_2、5.6log_2和4.8log_2,相应的免疫合格率为70%、100%、100%、100%和90%。结果表明,试验Ⅱ组的免疫效果要好于试验Ⅰ组,保护期可维持4个月。试验结果可为肉鸽场制定科学的免疫程序提供依据。In order to explore a good Newcastle disease immunization program in broiler pigeon farm,10 pigeons were immunized with Newcastle disease vaccine alive two-times(Group Ⅰ),another 10 pigeons were immunized with Newcastle disease vaccine alive at first and second inactivated Newcastle disease vaccine(Group Ⅱ).The HI titers of group Ⅰ were 4.8 log2,5.1 log2,4.2 log2,3.5 log2 and2.7 log2 respectively on the 10 th,40 th,70 th,100 th and 130 th days after the second immunization,and the corresponding qualified rates were 60%,70%,30%,10% and 0%;the HI titers of group Ⅱ were 4.9 log2,6.7 log2,6.2 log2,5.6 log2 and 4.8 log2 respectively on the corresponding time points after the second immunization,and the corresponding qualified rates were were 70%,100%,100%,100% and 90%.The results showed that the immune effect of test group Ⅱ was better than that of test group Ⅰ,and the protection period could be maintained for 4 months.The results can provide the basis for the establishment of scientific immunization program in pigeon farms.
