摘  要:针对传统电网灾变恢复预案评价的片面性问题,以及传统的权重划分方法具有自身的局限性问题,提出了基于灰色极大熵权重的电力应急预案评价方法,具体介绍了方法中的全面性评价指标的构建和灰色极大熵权重的确定方法。以待评价电力应急预案和绝对正理想解的相似度最高为目标函数,同时设置权重约束条件,通过计算比较各电力应急预案与绝对正理想解的相对贴近度大小,实现电力应急预案的优劣排序。提高了评价指标的全面性,避免了人为主观因素对权重划分的影响,为预案的制定与修改提供参考与辅助,最后的应用算例表明了方法的有效性。Aiming at the one-sidedness of traditional evaluation of power grid disaster recovery planning as well as limitations of traditional weight partition method,a power emergency planning evaluation method based on grey maximum entropy weight was proposed.The construction of comprehensive evaluation indexes and the method for determining grey maximum entropy weight were introduced in detail.The highest similarity between the power emergency plan to be evaluated and the absolute positive ideal solution were taken as the objective function,and constraint conditions for the weight were set.Relative closeness between each power emergency plan and the absolute positive ideal solution was calculated and compared to achieve a ranking of emergency plans in terms of their advantages and disadvantages.The comprehensiveness of the proposed evaluation index was raised,and the influence of subjective factors on weight division was avoided,thus providing reference and assistance for the formulation and modification of the plans.Finally,application examples given in this paper indicated the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
